Metal Roof Insulation & Water Proofing

Proposed Insulation & Waterproofing For Metal Roof Sheet Shall Include Following Materials And Works To Be Supplied And Installed By Shelter Care Technical Service Llc With A Guarantee For 10 Years.

1. The area shall be inspected by the waterproofing specialist from SHELTER CARE Technical Services LLC and confirm acceptance for application waterproof coating.
2. Clean the surface using high pressure air blow to make sure the substrate is free of dust and debris.
3. Sky lights if any, shall be lifted to the level matching to the foam thickness or which shall be covered by the foam for water tightness and better insulation performance.
4. Supply and spray apply Polyurethane foam over the entire surface of the corrugated sheet roof.
5. Supply & Apply U.V. protection coating over the entire foam surface and allow to drying for minimum 24 hours.
6. Flood test the roof by pouring the water for a period of time.
7. Final inspection shall be carried out and SHELTER CARE Technical Services LLC shall issue the GUARANTEE FOR 5 YEARS against leakage and can be extended another 5 years, by re-applying the UV coating at a nominal charge.
