Technical enquiry review
Product use, substrate, climate, quantity, packaging, shelf life and required compliance documents are reviewed before commercial commitment.
Supplier and documentation coordination
Approved supplier availability, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, country-of-origin information and certificates are coordinated where applicable.
Logistics interface
Incoterms, freight, storage temperatures, dangerous-goods restrictions and destination requirements must be confirmed with qualified logistics providers.
Application responsibility
Export supply does not automatically include installation or warranty. Responsibilities must be stated in the written proposal and contract.
