Shelter Care is primarily a technical application and contracting company. Excellence therefore depends on how approved materials are selected, stored, prepared and installed at site. Our controls are designed to protect system integrity from mobilisation through final inspection.
Approved material selection
System components are selected according to substrate, exposure, movement, use and compatibility. Substitutions should not be made without technical review.
Preparation discipline
Cleaning, repair, priming, detailing and moisture control are treated as core stages. A premium material applied over an unsuitable substrate will still fail.
Application control
Mixing, coverage, film build, curing and environmental constraints are monitored in line with the selected method statement and manufacturer guidance.
Inspection and records
Supervision, checklists, test records and handover documentation provide a traceable basis for quality review.
